The essentials that keep your booking clear, fair and stress-free for everyone involved.
A date is only secured once the signed booking form has been received and the deposit reflects. Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
A non-refundable deposit is payable on confirmation, with the balance due before the event date. Additional hours or services requested on the day are invoiced after the event.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Postponements are accommodated subject to availability of the new date.
The client is responsible for providing safe access, adequate power, a suitable covered setup area and secure parking for our crew and equipment. Any damage to equipment caused by guests is for the client's account.
Our liability is limited to the value of the services booked. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, load shedding or venue restrictions.
