We only collect what we need to plan and deliver your event, and we never sell your information.
When you submit an enquiry, booking form or song request we collect your name, contact details, event date, venue and any preferences you share with us. We also keep correspondence relating to your booking.
Your information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate suppliers and deliver your event. We may contact you about your booking, and only send marketing where you have opted in.
Images and footage captured at events may be used in our portfolio and on social media. If you would prefer your event not to be shared, please tell us in writing before the event date.
We share details only with the crew and suppliers working on your event, or where required by law. Records are kept for as long as is reasonably needed for accounting and reference purposes.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@syzygyphotography.co.za.
