Space, power, setup, timing and guest flow — the quiet decisions behind an evening that runs itself.
Guests never notice good logistics. They notice the absence of them — the extension cord across the dance floor, the queue that never clears, the team still building at the moment the doors open. Almost every one of those moments is decided weeks earlier on a floor plan.
Space and power
We work to a 3m x 3m level footprint per activation, within ten metres of a reliable power outlet. Outdoor setups are welcome provided the ground is level and there is waterproof cover overhead.
Timing
Our teams arrive well ahead of guest arrival and build quietly. All services run to a two hour minimum, and if the night is going well, overtime can be arranged on the spot subject to the schedule.
Guest flow
- Place activations on the natural walking route between the bar and the seating, never in a dead corner.
- Keep at least two metres of clearance in front of a booth so a queue does not block a walkway.
- Open the booth during the drinks reception, not after speeches — the earlier it is discovered, the more it is used.
- Two attendants are included with every booking, which is what keeps the flow moving.
Effortless is a result, not a mood. It is built the week before the event, on paper.
Afterwards
All media is delivered on a private OneDrive link — booth and 360 content within roughly eight working days, professional photography and videography within three to five weeks. Files stay backed up for five years, so you can come back to them long after the night itself.
